Premarin Cream (conjugated equine estrogen) Estrace Cream (ethinyl estradiol)	2 g daily (intravaginally) x 2 weeks, then 1 gram 1 to 3 times per week 2 grams daily (intravaginally) x 2 weeks, then 7 grams weekly
Vagifem Tablets (estradiol)	25 mcg daily (intravaginally) x 2 weeks, then 25 mcg 2 times per week
Estring (Intravaginal Ring) (estradiol)	Delivers 7.5 mcg daily (intravaginally) for 90 days
Femring (Intravaginal Ring) (estradiol)	Delivers 50 mcg or 100 mcg (systemically) daily for 90 days
