COURSE OVERVIEW

The Department of Anatomic Pathology at the Cleveland Clinic will present a 1.5 day postgraduate course in diagnostic surgical pathology and cytopathology. This course is designed to provide a practical and updated review of these topics. In addition to didactic lectures, the program will include hands-on microscopy workshops presented by Cleveland Clinic pathologists. Registrants will be able to choose from a large list of microscopy session topics to suit their individual needs and interests.

TARGET AUDIENCE

This course is designed for pathologists and fellows/residents interested in pathology.

Upon completion of this course, participants will be able to:

The Cleveland Clinic Foundation Center for Continuing Education is accredited by the Accreditation Council for Continuing Medical Education to provide continuing medical education for physicians.

The Cleveland Clinic Foundation Center for Continuing Education designates this educational activity for a maximum of 9.25 AMA PRA Category 1 Credit(s)TM. Physicians should only claim credit commensurate with the extent of their participation in the activity.

This activity may be submitted for American Osteopathic Association Continuing Medical Education credit in Category 2.

Cancellation

Pre-registrations are accepted by fax or online until 2:00 pm EDT Thursday, May 15, 2008. To register after this date, you must do so on-site.

In case of cancellation, a full refund will be made if canceled by May 5, 2008. After May 5, 2008, a $50 PER DAY cancellation fee will be deducted from your refund. Written notification of your cancellation is required in order to process your refund.

NO REFUNDS WILL BE ISSUED AFTER JUNE 30, 2008.
