Accreditation
The Cleveland Clinic (OH-045/10-01-12) is an approved provider of continuing nursing education by the Ohio Nurses Association (OBN-001- 91), an accredited approver by the American Nurses Credentialing Center’s Commission on Accreditation.
This program has been reviewed and is approved for a maximum of 13 hours of AAPA Category I CME credit by the Physician Assistant Review Panel. Physician assistants should claim only those hours actually spent participating in the CME activity.
This program was planned in accordance with AAPA’s CME Standards for Live Programs and for Commercial Support of Live Programs.

Registration & Cancellation
Registration deadline is 5:00 pm (EST), Tuesday, November 10, 2009.
A request for a refund must be received in writing by October 23, 2009. No refunds will be given after October 23, but registration is transferable for this conference through November 13, 2009. A $50 cancellation fee will be deducted from the refund for all cancellations.
