Janice Murphy, RN, BSN, MSN, FACHE President, Fairview and Lakewood Hospitals Cleveland Clinic Janice Murphy recently began a dual leadership role as President of both Lakewood Hospital and Fairview Hospital. In her new dual role, she is responsible for the oversight and operations at both hospitals. Prior to becoming President at Fairview Hospital, she served as Senior Vice President and Chief Operating Officer for Fairview Hospital. She began her career at Fairview Hospital in 1978 as a bedside nurse in oncology. |

Ellen Rome, MD, MPH Head, Section of Adolescent Medicine Co-President, WPSA Cleveland Clinic Ellen Rome, MD, MPH is a pediatrician who was also among the first in the United States to also be board certified in Adolescent Medicine. She heads the Section of Adolescent Medicine at Cleveland Clinic and has served as Associate Chief of Staff since 2006. She has chaired the Media Committee for the Academy of Eating Disorders, the Membership Committee for the Society for Adolescent Medicine, and currently serves as President of the Federation Internationale of Gynecologie Infantile and Juvenile (FIGIJ) and Vice President of the North American Society for Pediatric and Adolescent Gynecology. She is an invited speaker locally, nationally, and internationally on areas in adolescent health, mentorship, and holding crucial conversations. She currently is enjoying her role as co-President of WPSA, working together with the wonderful, dynamic workforce found throughout Cleveland Clinic's health system. |

Rochelle Rosian, MD Rheumatologic and Immunologic Disease Co-President, WPSA Cleveland Clinic Rochelle Rosian, MD, is a staff member of Cleveland Clinic Solon. She is board-certified in both rheumatology and internal medicine. Dr. Rosian has a general rheumatology practice with special interest in rheumatoid arthritis, psoriatic arthritis, and lupus. She has been listed in America's Best Doctors for Rheumatology since 2002. At the Cleveland Clinic, Dr. Rosian has been involved with medical division committees, World Class Service, resident education, and has participated in Leading in Healthcare and Physician Leadership groups. She presently serves as the Co-President for the WPSA. |
