Cancellation
Preregistrations are accepted by fax or online until 2:00 pm ET Thursday, February 18, 2012. To register after this date, you must do so on-site. In case of cancellation, a full refund will be made if cancelled by January 11, 2012. After January 11, 2012, a $50 PER DAY cancellation fee will be deducted from your refund. Written notification of your cancellation is required in order to process your refund.NO REFUNDS WILL BE ISSUED AFTER FEBRUARY 29, 2012.
