Promotional opportunity – Lanyard – $3,000

Have your corporate logo or Cleveland Clinic's logo (your choice) seen on all official lanyards.
Opportunity to sponsor the exclusive lanyard with badge holder is available to exhibitors on a first-come, first-served basis.
This fee includes the cost of the lanyards.

• The lanyards will be distributed during on-site registration along with conference materials
• This opportunity is limited to one supporter
• Payment is due in full prior to conference

Promotional opportunity – Non-CME Evening Event – $4,000

• The Industry Supporter Organization will have the opportunity to sponsor an industry supported Non-CME program/event for Friday evening  October 6, 2023.
• The program/event is not permitted to take place during the CME meetings.
• The Industry Supporter Organization is responsible for all costs associated with the industry supported program/event, including, but not limited to, audiovisual services, faculty travel expenses and hotel accommodations, and honoraria, if any.
• The Industry Supporter Organization will provide poster/signage at the registration desk (dimensions: 22" w x 28" h) and provide program/event invitation flyer at Exhibit table. 
• The Cleveland Clinic will provide a link to program/event on the website and will distribute a program/event invitation flyer (provided by Industry Supporter Organization) to attendees during the meeting.  Insert to be provided by supporter at own cost and shipped directly to organizer for stuffing prior to the course; max size 8.5" x 11". Please limit to one page.
• Cleveland Clinic does not guarantee attendance.
• For post-meeting non-CME program/event the following disclaimer must be included on the front of each invitation, mailer or signage:
  • This program/event is developed and offered by <name of supporting organization. This is not an official program/event of the Cleveland Clinic.
• All signage & handouts must be pre-approved by the Cleveland Clinic Project Manager. Materials to be submitted for approval by September 27, 2023.
