Exhibitor Package – Gold – $10,000

Exhibitor Package includes:

  • Recognition as Gold Level Exhibitor (Acknowledgement on slides and/or signage)
  • Banner Ad on DOS e-daily
  • Two and a half days exhibit space
  • Two (2) six foot Tables, 4 chairs, linen and skirting

Depending on timing of the function, Industry Supporter Organization will provide payment in the amount of either $10,000 or $15,000. The program/event is not permitted to take place during the official program of the Diabetes & Obesity Summit.

  • The Industry Supporter Organization is responsible for all costs associated with the official program of the Diabetes & Obesity Summit industry supported program/event, including but not limited to food and beverage and AV costs. The Industry Supporter Organization is responsible for organizing the program/event.
  • The industry supporter will provide a poster/signage at the registration desk (dimensions: 22"w x 28" h) and provide post-meeting promotion at Exhibit table.
  • The Cleveland Clinic /Global Academy for Medical Education will provide a link to program/event on thewebsite and will provide a program/event Invitation flyer to attendees during the course.
  • The Cleveland Clinic /Global Academy for Medical Education does not guarantee attendance.

All signage & handouts must be pre-approved by the Cleveland Clinic Program Manager.

For ALL Industry supported program/event the following disclaimer must be included on the front of each invitation, mailer or signage:
This program/event is developed and offered by <name of supporting organization>. This is not an official program/event of the Diabetes & Obesity Summit.

Recognition of your company logo and summit logo will be seen daily on bags used by attendees. Opportunity to sponsor the exclusive conference attendee bag is available to exhibitors on a first-come, first served basis. This fee includes the cost of the Tote Bag.

  • This opportunity is limited to one supporter
  • Approved Industry supporter is permitted one promotional insert (insert to be provided by supporter at own cost and shipped directly to organizer 3 weeks prior to event)
  • The bags will be distributed during the on-site registration along with conference materials
  • Summit organizers will order product and handle shipment with consultation from sponsor and proof (approved by both parties) prior to final print
  • Payment is due in full prior to the conference
