Exhibitor Promotional Option – Non-CME Industry Supported Program Opportunity – $9,500

The Industry Supporter Organization will provide payment in the amount of $9,500 for the opportunity to sponsor a non-CME industry supported program/event on Saturday, March 3rd from 2:30pm - 4:00pm or 6:00pm - 8:00pm.  The Program/Event will not overlap with the 20th Valve Disease, Structural Interventions, and Diastology Summit. The $9,500 fee includes a Gold Exhibitor Package (value of $5,000).

The Industry Supporter Organization is responsible for all costs associated with the industry supported program/event, including but not limited to meals, speaker honorarium and audiovisual services. The Industry Supporter Organization is responsible for organizing the program/event, securing speaker(s) and providing any necessary product support if applicable.

Cleveland Clinic is responsible for securing space. The Industry supporter will provide poster/signage at the 20th Valve Disease, Structural Interventions, and Diastology Summit registration desk (dimensions: 22" w x 28" h) and provide promotion at Exhibit table.

The Cleveland Clinic will provide a link to program/event on the 20th Valve Disease, Structural Interventions, and Diastology Summit website and will provide a program/event Invitation flyer to attendees during the Symposium if provided by the Industry Supporter Organization. In addition, the Cleveland Clinic will provide a pre-registration list of 20th Valve Disease, Structural Interventions, and Diastology Summit attendees.

All signage & handouts must be pre- approved by the Cleveland Clinic Program Manager.
Materials to be submitted for approval by February 1, 2018
