Join us for a unique summit tackling the latest issues in valve disease, structural interventions, advanced imaging including Strain and 3-D as well as artificial intelligence.

The Cleveland Clinic Valve Disease, Structural Interventions, and Diastology/Imaging Summit will focus on mitral, aortic and tricuspid valve diseases as well as the latest advances in structural interventions including TAVR, percutaneous edge to edge repair, valve-in-valve procedures and LAA occluder devices. This summit will include case-based discussions, controversies on topics in valve disease, didactic presentations, and workshops.

  • And a Bonus learning lab on Interventional Echo (Limited to first 25 registrants)

By Attending, You Will Be Able To:

  • Apply multimodality imaging including echo, CT and MRI to assess the severity and hemodynamic impact of valvular heart disease and atrial fibrillation and effects on the LAA.
  • Evaluate the most recent innovations of surgical approaches and structural interventions to diseases of the mitral valve, aortic valve, and tricuspid valve as well as the left atrial appendage.
  • Translate new guideline criteria on imaging into current decision-making regarding structural valve interventions, medical treatment, and surgical valve repair/replacement.
  • Utilize imaging before, during, and after interventional procedures, mitral valve assessment and repair, left atrial appendage occulder devices, SAVR and TAVR and tricuspid repair.
  • Review updates of Diastology and role of LA strain in the diagnosis.
  • Describe advances in cardio-oncology, recurrent pericarditis, constrictive pericarditis, cardiac amyloidosis as well as hypertrophic cardiomyopathy.
  • Evaluate new approaches to sarcoid heart disease, ASD’s, mechanical support in heart failure and role of ultrasonic enhancing agents in daily practice.
  • Identify the use of artificial intelligence in clinical practice.
