Non-CME Industry Supported Program/Event Opportunity

The Industry Supporter Organization will have an opportunity to sponsor a non-CME industry supported luncheon program/event on Friday March 8, or Saturday, March 9, after the course adjourns.  Two concurrent opportunities available each day.  The Program/Event will not overlap with activity agenda.

• The Industry Supporter Organization is responsible for organizing and costs associated with the industry supported program/event, such as speaker honorarium, and Audio Visual needs and any necessary product support if applicable.
• Cleveland Clinic is responsible for securing space and selecting and providing lunch buffet.
• The Industry supporter may also provide signage at the registration desk (maximum dimensions: 22"w x 28" h).
• Cleveland Clinic will provide a link to program/event on the course website and will provide a program/event Invitation flyer to attendees during the activity if provided by the Industry Supporter Organization.
• In addition, the Cleveland Clinic will provide a pre-registration list of attendees (name, institution, city /state).
• All signage & handouts must be pre- approved by the Cleveland Clinic Program Manager by February 16, 2024.
• For non-CME program/event the following disclaimer must be included on the front of each invitation, mailer or signage: This program/event is developed and offered by <name of supporting organization>.  This is not an official program/event of the Cleveland Clinic.

Opportunity to sponsor the Welcome Reception on Friday evening is available on a first-come, first-served basis.
This exclusive opportunity is limited to only one supporter. The Welcome Reception is a 1½ hour reception for all conference attendees.

Promotional opportunity – Lanyard with Badge Holder – $3,000

Have your corporate logo or Cleveland Clinic’s logo (your choice) seen on all official lanyards. This opportunity is available to supporters on a first-come, first-served basis, and is limited to one supporter.
Deadline for order commitment is: February 1, 2024

• Lanyards will be distributed during on-site registration along with conference materials
• Payment is due prior to the Summit

Promotional Opportunity – Coffee Cup Sleeve – $ 2,500

Recognition of your company logo or Cleveland Clinic’s logo (your choice) will be imprinted on coffee cup sleeves used by attendees during all breaks on either Friday, March 8 or Saturday, March 9. 
This opportunity is available to supporters on a first-come, first-served basis, and is limited to one supporter. Deadline to commit is February 9, 2024

• The coffee cup sleeves will be available at the beverage station on-site
• Payment is due prior to the event
• Cleveland Clinic will select item.  Fee includes the cost of the item.

Promotional Opportunity – Disposable Water Cups – $ 2,500

Recognition of your company logo or Cleveland Clinic’s logo (your choice) will be imprinted on disposable water cups to be used by attendees during course. The cups will be at the water stations in the exhibit hall.
This opportunity is available to supporters on a first-come, first-served basis, and is limited to one supporter. Deadline to commit is February 9, 2024.

• The disposable beverage cups will be available at the water stations on-site
• Payment is due prior to the event
• Cleveland Clinic will select item.  Fee includes the cost of the item.

Promotional Opportunity – Promotional Insert – $ 2,0000

Your company may provide us with a one page 8” x 10” insert that will be distributed to all attendees at registration. 
This opportunity is available to supporters on a first-come, first-served basis, and is limited to one supporter. Deadline to commit is February 29, 2024.

• 8” x 10” insert to be provided by supporter organization
• Insert must be shipped directly to hotel for arrival March 6, 2024
• Payment is due prior to the event
