This opportunity, available to all exhibiting companies, provides your insert in the conference Attendee Bag which will be provided to all registrants upon conference check-in.  

PLEASE NOTE: If Attendee Bag is not sold, this opportunity will not be available

  • Anticipated insert quantity to be provided is 300+ (depending on advance registrations)
  • Opportunity for inserts is non-exclusive and shall be available to all exhibitors.
  • Printing and coordination of inserts and shipping cost to the conference venue is the sole responsibility of the industry supporter.

Order Deadline: September 12, 2018

The Industry Supporter Organization will provide payment in the amount of $5,000 for the opportunity to sponsor-an industry supported program/event on September 14 or 15, 2018 during lunch or dinner. The program/event is not permitted to take place during the CME symposium.

The Industry Supporter Organization is responsible for all costs associated with the industry supported program/event, including but not limited to food and beverage. The Industry Supporter Organization is responsible for organizing the program/event. Event opportunity and space assignment is based on Global Center for Health Innovation availability (space is limited).

The industry supporter will provide a poster/signage at the registration desk (dimensions: 22"w x 28" h) and provide post-meeting promotion at Exhibit table.

The Cleveland Clinic will provide a link to program/event on the Fundamental to Advanced Echocardiography website and will provide a program/event invitation flyer (provided by the Industry Supporter Organization) to attendees during the course. In addition, the Cleveland Clinic will provide a pre-registration list of Fundamental to Advanced Echocardiography attendees.

All signage & handouts must be pre- approved by the Cleveland Clinic Program Manager by September 1, 2018.

For post-meeting non-CME program/event the following disclaimer must be included on the front of each invitation, mailer or signage: This program/event is developed and offered by <name of supporting organization>.
