Accreditation

The Cleveland Clinic Foundation Center for Continuing Education is accredited by the Accreditation Council for Continuing Medical Education (ACCME) to provide continuing medical education for physicians.

The Cleveland Clinic Foundation Center for Continuing Education designates:

  • Precision Care in Lung Disease live activity for a maximum of 6.25 AMA PRA Category 1 Credits™.
  • Pulmonary Hypertension Summit live activity for a maximum of 12 AMA PRA Category 1 Credits™.
  • Optional Pulmonary Hypertension Clinical Immersion Workshop live activity for a maximum of 3.75 AMA PRA Category 1 Credits™.

Participants claiming CME credit from this activity may submit the credit hours to the American Osteopathic Association for Category 2 credit.

American Board of Internal Medicine’s Maintenance of Certification
Successful completion of this CME activity, which includes participation in the evaluation component, enables the participant to earn up to

  • 12 MOC points in the American Board of Internal Medicine’s (ABIM) Maintenance of Certification (MOC) program for Pulmonary Hypertension Summit.
  • 3.75 MOC points in the American Board of Internal Medicine’s (ABIM) Maintenance of Certification (MOC) program for Optional Pulmonary Hypertension Clinical Immersion Workshop.

Participants will earn MOC points equivalent to the amount of CME credits claimed for the activity. It is the CME activity provider’s responsibility to submit participant completion information to ACCME for the purpose of granting ABIM MOC credit.

Other Health Care Professionals
A certificate of participation will be provided to other health care professionals for requesting credits in accordance with state nursing boards, specialty societies, or other professional associations.
