Learning Objectives
- Describe the diagnostic approach to a woman with abnormal vaginal bleeding.
- Relate that there are two general types of endometrial cancer.
- Relate the relationship of colon cancer with endometrial and ovarian cancers in families with the Lynch syndromes.
- Describe the relationship between CA 125 and endometrial cancer.
- Decide if XRT has or has not been clearly shown to benefit women with early stage disease with high risk factors.
