Description |
The Cleveland Clinic has developed this webcast series entitled Management Strategies for Acute Decompensated Heart Failure: From Emergency Department to Discharge which focuses on treating patients admitted to the Emergency Department with acute decompensated heart failure (ADHF). This series covers four topics: Diagnosis: what is the state of the art, risk stratification, treatment of the high-risk patient and disposition: where should the patient go after diagnosis. |
Objectives |
At the conclusion of this activity, the participant will be able to:
- Identify and discuss markers of high risk in emergency department patients with acute heart failure.
- Assess potential non-high-risk features in emergency department patients with acute heart failure.
