| Description / Overview |
The purpose of this activity is to review the assessment and management of cardiovascular disease in patients with rheumatoid arthritis (RA). |
| Objectives |
On completion of this activity, participants should be able to:
- Describe the epidemiology of cardiovascular disease in patients with RA.
- Identify and assess the risk factors contributing to the risk of cardiovascular disease in patients with RA.
- Discuss management strategies which may attenuate the risk of cardiovascular disease in patients with RA.
