Travel Information

Flights to Shanghai can be obtained from many US and international carriers as well as China Airlines. From the US, the flight involves an exhilarating trip over the North Pole with breath-taking views of polar ice/oceans, if weather allows. Shanghai International Convention Center is 40 minute drive from Pudong International Airport, and 25 minute drive from Hongqiao International Airport. Ground transportation and baggage transfer will be arranged by the meeting planning group for $50.00 round trip. Alternatively, taxi service to the convention center is easily obtained at the airport.

Social Program

Our team on the ground will arrange an attractive site seeing program. They will also provide recommendations for dining experiences and maps for locating restaurants and cultural activities. For those who prefer guided tours and entertainment, our team has arranged a variety of options specifically to complement this meeting for participants and their families. Options will include numerous local sites as well as others within or outside Shanghai.
