Summit Cancellation Policy

General registration deadline is May 2, 2008.

Please register on site after May 2nd. Refunds for cancellations are subject to a $50 service charge. A request for a refund must be received in writing by May 2, 2008.

No refunds will be given after May 12, 2008.
