This activity may be submitted for American Osteopathic Association Continuing Medical Education credit in Category 2. AMA PRA Category 1 Credits are accepted by ARDMS.

Ground Transportation	There is shuttle or taxi cab service, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week to and from either Miami International Airport or Fort Lauderdale International Airport. All arriving guests will find courtesy phones at all baggage claim areas. Advance reservations are recommended for large groups. Fares range from $20-$50 each way.
Parking	Valet parking and self-parking is available at the hotel. Self-parking is offered on-site Valet parking is $10 per day Parking includes in and out privileges.
