Registration / Refund Policy
Pre-registrations are accepted by fax or online until 4:00 pm ET May 5, 2009. To register after this date, you must do so on-site.
In case of cancellation, a full refund will be made if canceled by April 23, 2009. After April 23, 2009, a $100 cancellation fee will be deducted from your refund. Written notification of your cancellation is required to process your refund.
NO REFUNDS WILL BE ISSUED AFTER MAY 31, 2009.
Registration
This course uses our online registration system which instantly approves credit card transactions and issues you a receipt immediately.
Instructions for first time users:
