A block of rooms has been reserved at the Hyatt Regency Bonaventure Conference Center and Spa for a special rate of $279 single/double (plus tax). To obtain this special rate, make your reservations by 5:00 pm ET, February 12, 2009. To make your reservations, please contact the Hotel Reservations Department at 954-616-1234. Please identify yourself as being with the Palliative Medicine & Supportive Oncology Symposium to ensure the conference rate.
Ground Transportation
There is shuttle or taxi cab service, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week to and from either Miami
International Airport or Fort Lauderdale
International Airport. All arriving guests will find courtesy phones at all baggage claim areas.
Advance reservations are recommended for large groups. Fares range from $20-$50 each way.
Parking
Self parking free of charge. Valet parking $10.00 per overnight. Rates are subject to change.
