This fee includes the cost of the Attendee bag. 

  • Approved Industry supporter is permitted one promotional insert
    • (insert to be provided by supporter at own cost and shipped directly to organizer for stuffing bag prior to April 1, 2018; max size 8.5" x 11")
  • The bags will be distributed during the on-site registration along with conference materials

  • Anticipated insert quantity to be provided is 150+ (depending on advance registrations)
  • Opportunity for additional inserts is non-exclusive and shall be available to all exhibitors
  • Printing and coordination of inserts and shipping cost to the conference venue is the sole responsibility of the industry supporter.  All inserts must be pre-approved by the conference coordinator before order processing.  Conference coordinator will coordinate putting inserts into Attendee Bags in advance of the conference

Exhibitor Promotional Option – Sponsor Industry Supported Program/Event – $5,000

Non-CME

The Industry Supporter Organization will provide payment in the amount of $5,000 for the opportunity to sponsor-an industry supported program/event (reception/dinner or workshop) on May 17 or May 18, 2018, or a luncheon program/event on May 18, or May 19, 2018. .

The program/event is not permitted to take place during the CME Symposium.

The Industry Supporter Organization is responsible for all costs associated with the industry supported program/event, including but not limited to food and beverage.

The Industry Supporter Organization is responsible for organizing the program/event. Event opportunity and space assignment is based on availability (limited availability; first come first served basis).

The Industry supporter will provide a program/event invitation flyer, which will be distributed to all delegates at the time of registration.

The industry supporter will provide a poster/signage at the registration desk (dimensions: 22"w x 28" h) and provide post-meeting promotion at Exhibit table.

All signage & handouts must be pre- approved by the Cleveland Clinic Program Manager by April 30, 2018.

For post-meeting non-CME program/event the following disclaimer must be included on the front of each invitation, mailer or signage: This program/event is developed and offered by <name of supporting organization>. This is not an official program/event of the Cleveland Clinic.
