Description

Presentations by healthcare experts will provide advances in diagnosis and care of the adult and pediatric patients living with Neuromyelitis Optica.

Objectives

At the conclusion of the seminar, participant will be able to:

  • Illustrate the recent updates in diagnosis and management of neuromyelitis optica disease.
  • Understand available treatment options for neuromyelitis optica including management of acute relapses, disease modifying therapy, and symptomatic treatment options.
  • Understand management of fatigue in the person experiencing neuromyelitis optica.
  • Enhance daily tools for wellness through Guided Imagery and Chair Yoga.
