  • Industry supporter is permitted one promotional insert
    • (insert to be provided by supporter at own cost and shipped directly to organizer for stuffing bag prior to event - max size is 8.5" x 11".)

The Industry Supporter Organization will provide payment for the opportunity to sponsor a non-CME industry supported event during one of the following sessions:

  • Breakfast (7:00-8:00 am)
  • Lunch (12:30 - 2:00 pm)
  • Afternoon break (5:00 - 6:00 pm)

Available dates (one per order):

  • Sunday, February 11
  • Monday, February 12
  • Tuesday, February 13

The event will not overlap with the Cleveland Clinic Pain Management Symposium.  
The Industry Supporter Organization is responsible for costs associated with the industry supported event, including but not limited to meals, speaker honorarium and audiovisual services. 
The Industry Supporter Organization is responsible for organizing the event, securing speaker(s) and providing any necessary product support.

Cleveland Clinic is responsible for securing space.  The Industry supporter will provide poster/signage at the Cleveland Clinic Pain Management Symposium registration desk (dimensions:  22"w x 28"h) and provide promotion at Exhibit table.

The Cleveland Clinic will provide a link to event on the Cleveland Clinic Pain Management Symposium website and will provide an event Invitation flyer to attendees during the Symposium. In addition, the Cleveland Clinic will provide a pre-registration list of Cleveland Clinic Pain Management Symposium attendees.

Deadline for order commitment and Materials to be submitted for approval by January 2, 2018.
