Opportunity to sponsor the exclusive conference attendee bag is available to exhibitors on a first-come, first served basis.

This fee includes the cost of the Attendee bag.

  • Approved Industry supporter is permitted one promotional insert

(insert to be provided by supporter at own cost and shipped directly to organizer for stuffing bag prior to event)

  • The bags will be distributed during the on-site registration along with conference materials
  • This opportunity is limited to one supporter
  • Payment is due in full prior to the conference

Insert in Attendee Bag – $1,250.00

This opportunity, available to all exhibiting companies, provides your insert in the conference Attendee Bag which will be provided to all registrants upon conference check-in.

  • Anticipated insert quantity to be provided is 300+ (depending on advance registrations).
  • Opportunity for additional inserts is non-exclusive and shall be available to all exhibitors.
  • Printing and coordination of inserts and shipping cost to the conference venue is the sole responsibility of the industry supporter.
    All inserts must be pre-approved by conference coordinator before order processing. Conference coordinator will coordinate putting inserts into Attendee Bags in advance of the Conference.

Sponsor Industry Supported Program/Event Opportunity

The Industry Supporter Organization will provide payment in the amount of $3,000 for the opportunity to sponsor a non-CME industry supported program/event during lunch on September 10 or 11, 2020 or a reception/dinner on September 10, 2020. at Primary Care Women's Health symposium. The Industry supported program/event is not permitted to take place during the CME Symposium.

The Industry Supporter Organization is responsible for all costs associated with the industry supported program/event, including their speaker costs, food and beverage, room rental and AV costs with the Convention Center.

The Industry Supporter Organization is responsible for organizing the program/event. Event opportunity and space assignment is based on availability (limited availability; first come first served basis) 

The Industry supporter will provide a program/event invitation flyer to the program manager, which will be distributed to all delegates at the time of registration. The Industry supporter will provide poster/signage at the registration desk (dimensions: 22"w x 28" h) and provide event promotion at Exhibit table.

Cleveland Clinic does not guarantee attendance.
