Description
To review the efficacy and safety data from a randomized, double-blind, placebo-controlled, parallel-group study of certolizumab in combination with methotrexate.

Objectives
On completion of this activity, participants should be able to:

  1. Discuss the effects of certolizumab and methotrexate combination therapy on RA disease activity.
  2. Outline the effects of certolizumab and methotrexate combination therapy on the progression of radiographic damage.
  3. Describe the adverse events reported in participants treated with certolizumab.
