Objectives |
At the conclusion of this activity, the participant will be able to:
- Explore the pros and cons of opioid rotation.
- Discuss the physiologic and clinical rationale for opioid rotation.
- Review specific conversion protocols for alternate opioid therapies.

Target Audience |
This webcast is intended for physicians, nurses, social workers, pharmacists, and other healthcare providers involved with palliative care and treatment of their pain. In addition, healthcare professionals in hematology/oncology, internal medicine, family practice, and hospice care will benefit.
