Accreditation

The Cleveland Clinic Foundation Center for Continuing Education is accredited by the Accreditation Council for Continuing Medical Education to provide continuing medical education for physicians.

The Cleveland Clinic Foundation Center for Continuing Education designates this educational activity for a maximum of 14.75 AMA PRA Category 1 Credit(s)™. Physicians should only claim credit commensurate with the extent of their participation in the activity.

This activity may be submitted for American Osteopathic Association Continuing Medical Education credit in Category 2.

Application for CME Credit has been filed with the American Academy of Family Physicians. Determination of credit is pending.

The Cleveland Clinic Foundation (OH-45, OBN-01-9) is approved as a provider of Continuing

Education by the Ohio Nurses Association which is accredited as an approver of Continuing Education in Nursing by the American Nurses Credentialing Center Commission on Accreditation (OBN-01-9).

Pharmacy credit has been applied for through the Ohio State Board of Pharmacy.

Application for continuing education credit has been submitted for social work/counseling professionals.
