The Diabetic Retinopathy educational series provides an overview, recommendations for management, and the valuable perspectives of both a patient and the healthcare team. The Diabetic Retinopathy Overview webcast will provide an overview of diabetes retinopathy and its impact on the patient.

Learning Objectives
- Increase awareness within HCPs and patients regarding the significance of annual retinal eye examinations, timely referrals, and well-coordinated follow-up.
- Increase the level of knowledge and skill for primary care physicians and endocrinologists to conduct timely and effective screening for diabetic retinopathy.
- Review treatment options.

American Board of Internal Medicine MOC
Successful completion of this CME activity, which includes participation in the evaluation component, enables the participant to earn up to 0.75 Medical Knowledge MOC points in the American Board of Internal Medicine's (ABIM) Maintenance of Certification (MOC) program. Participants will earn MOC points equivalent to the amount of CME credits claimed for the activity. It is the CME activity provider's responsibility to submit participant completion information to ACCME for the purpose of granting ABIM MOC credit.
