Exhibitor Promotional Option – Attendee Bag – $3,000.00

Deadline for order commitment is: July 17, 2019

Recognition of your company logo or Cleveland Clinic's logo (your choice) will be seen daily on bags used by attendees. Opportunity to sponsor the exclusive conference attendee bag is available to exhibitors on a first-come, first served basis. This fee includes the cost of the Attendee bag.

  • Approved Industry supporter is permitted one promotional insert
    • (insert to be provided by supporter at own cost and shipped directly to organizer for stuffing bag prior to event: Max size 8.5" x 11")
  • Anticipated insert quantity to be provided is 250+ (depending on advance registrations)
  • The bags will be distributed during the on-site registration along with conference materials
  • Printing an coordination of inserts and shipping cost to the conference venue is the sole responsibility of the industry supporter
  • All inserts must be pre-approved by conference coordinator before order processing. 
  • Conference coordinator will coordinate putting inserts into Attendee Bags in advance of the conference.
  • This opportunity is limited to one supporter
  • Payment is due in full prior to the conference

This opportunity, available to all exhibiting companies, provides your insert in the conference Attendee Bag which will be provided to all registrants upon conference check in.

Please note: If the conference bag option is not purchased by anyone, then the insert option is not available to exhibitors.

Opportunity to sponsor the exclusive lanyard with badge holder is available to exhibitors on a first-come, first-served basis. This fee includes the cost of the lanyards.

  • This opportunity is limited to one supporter
  • Payment is due in full prior to conference
  • High resolution printable PDF logo in black and white required

 

Exhibitor Promotional Option – Non-CME Industry-supported Function– $5,000.00

Deadline: July 17, 2019

Space is available for an industry-supported function.

  • Industry supporter will provide payment in the amount of $5,000 for the opportunity to sponsor a non-CME industry supported program/event at the end of the conference on August 18th, 19th, 20th or 21st, 2019.
  • Industry supporter is responsible for all costs associated with the non-CME industry program/event, including, but not limited to room rental, food and beverage and AV costs.
  • Industry supporter is responsible for organizing the non-CME program/event.
  • Industry supporter will provide poster/signage at the registration desk (dimensions: 22'w x 28"h) and will provide post-meeting promotion at exhibit table.
  • Cleveland Clinic will provide a link to non-CME program/event on course website and will distribute a program/event invitation flyer (provided by industry supporter organization) to attendees during the course.

All signage and handouts must be pre-approved by the Cleveland Clinic Program Manager by July 18, 2018

  • For post-meeting CME program/event, the following disclaimer must be included on the front of each invitation, mailer or signage:
    "This program/event is developed and offered by <name of sponsoring organization>  This is not an official program/event of the Cleveland Clinic".
