Non-CME

The Industry Supporter Organization will provide payment in the amount of $10,000 for the opportunity to sponsor-an industry supported program/event during the Updates In General Surgery on February 7-10, 2020. The program/event is not permitted to take place during the CME course hours.

The Industry Supporter Organization is responsible for all costs associated with the industry supported program/event, including but not limited to food and beverage. The Industry Supporter Organization is responsible for organizing the program/event. Event opportunity and space assignment is based on availability (limited availability; open to three companies; first come first served basis).

The Industry supporter will provide a program/event invitation flyer to Rita Rys, Education Manager, at rysr@ccf.org by December 13, 2019 for approval. Industry supporter is responsible for event promotion.

The industry supporter will provide a poster/signage in the ballroom foyer (dimensions: 22"w x 28" h) and provide post-meeting promotion at Exhibit table.

All signage & handouts must be pre- approved by the Cleveland Clinic Program Manager by December 1, 2019.

For post-meeting non-CME program/event the following disclaimer must be included on the front of each invitation, mailer or signage: This program/event is developed and offered by <name of supporting organization>.
