Exhibitor Packages Available

  • Two days of exhibit space during the course (September 5-6, 2024)
  • 6’ x 30” table and two chairs in assigned location
  • Two Exhibitor Badges **
  • Complimentary breakfast and refreshments (available with Exhibitor Badge)
  • Roster of Consenting Attendees (name, city, state) and course statistics

Note: Additional fees charged by the hotel are the responsibility of the exhibitor (hotel freight and handling for packages, electric power strip, hookups, extension cords, easel)

Deadline for order commitment is August 31, 2024.
** To claim CME credit, you must register as a participant for an additional fee

  • The Industry Supporter Organization will have the opportunity to sponsor an industry supported Non-CME program/event for lunch (40 minutes of presentation time) on Thursday, September 5 OR Friday, September 6, 2024.
  • An exhibitor package must be purchased to add on this opportunity.
  • The program/event is not permitted to take place during the CME meetings.
  • Cleveland Clinic is responsible for:
    • menu selection and meal expenses.
    • providing a link to program/event on the course website and distributing a program/event invitation (provided by Industry Supporter Organization) to attendees during the course.
  • The Industry Supporter Organization is responsible for:
    • organizing the program/event.  The topic and faculty must be pre-approved by Cleveland Clinic’s activity directors.
    • all costs associated with the industry supported program/event, including, but not limited to, faculty honorarium, faculty travel expenses, and audiovisual equipment.
    • Audiovisual equipment must be ordered through Encore at the InterContinental Hotel.
    • providing a poster/signage at the registration desk (dimensions: 22"w x 28" h) and providing program/event invitation flyer at Exhibit table.
  • All signage & handouts must be pre-approved by the Cleveland Clinic Project Manager. Materials to be submitted for approval by August 20, 2024.
  • For non-CME programs/events, the following disclaimer must be included on the front of each invitation, mailer or signage:
