In this three-day course, nurse leaders will discover how to develop an executive profile when using advocacy and influence to represent nursing at the highest levels of organizational leadership. This requires cultivating a personal and professional brand by refining executive presence attributes. Attendees will gain confidence, tips and tools to increase one’s influence and impact on stakeholders.
