Cancellations

Instructions for In-Person Sessions

• A full refund will be issued for registrations canceled at least 7 days prior to the elected session.
• There will be a $100 cancellation fee for any cancellations made after 7 days prior to the elected session.
• No refunds will be issued after the day of the elected session.
• In order to process your refund, please submit written notification via email to [email protected]

Instructions for Virtual Sessions

• No refunds processed after connection details for the broadcast is provided
• Connection details should be communicated to registrants at least 2 weeks prior to live broadcast

NOTE: In the event of inadequate registration, attendees will be notified of the canceled session within one week of the scheduled date and provided a full refund.

Cleveland Clinic Center for Continuing Education reserves the right to cancel, postpone or modify an activity type at our sole discretion. In the event that this occurs, any registration fee(s) paid will be refunded. Be advised that Cleveland Clinic is not responsible for related costs including airline tickets, hotel costs, or any similar fee penalties incurred as a result of any Activity cancellations or changes.
