Group Discount Available
Groups of 3 or more from the same office/institution will receive a $100 discount off the full registration fee. Registrants must email [email protected] and provide the names of 3 or more colleagues who will be registering to receive a promotional code for special pricing.
Registration and Cancellation
Preregistrations for the in-person event are accepted until 11:59 PM ET Thursday, August 22, 2024. After Thursday, August 22, contact CME Registration at [email protected] directly to confirm on-site availability. If on-site registration is available, contactless registration on your own device will be required.
In case of cancellation, email notification is required to process your refund.
A full refund will be issued for “Full Registration” and “Per Day Registration” if canceled by August 5, 2024. After August 5, 2024, a $250 cancellation fee will be deducted from your refund. No refunds will be issued after August 16, 2024.
“Live Stream Registration” – Access instructions for the live stream will be sent by August 21, 2024. Please note – all sessions will be held in Eastern Time. No refunds will be issued after access instructions have been sent. This activity will not be recorded. If you register for Live Stream, you will need to view the content in real-time.
Health & Safety
All applicable Centers for Disease Control (CDC), state, and local safety protocols will be enforced for this event. Additional attendance requirements may be implemented to ensure attendee health and safety.
