Recognition of your company logo or Cleveland Clinic's logo (your choice) will be seen on bags used by attendees. This fee includes the cost of the Attendee bag but does not include exhibitor table.

  • Approved Industry supporter is permitted one promotional insert (insert to be provided by supporter at own cost and shipped directly to organizer for stuffing bag prior to September 9, 2019; max size 8.5" x 11.5")
  • The bags will be distributed during the on-site registration along with conference materials
  • Payment is due in full prior to the conference
