- Two exhibitor badges (full access to educational program)*
- Additional badges can be purchased for $50 each
- Complimentary continental breakfast, lunch and refreshments (available with Exhibitor badge)
- Exhibit Location: Assigned
- Hotel freight and handling charges are the responsibility of the exhibitor
- Roster of Consenting Attendees (Name, City, State) and statistics
