CAAIDology Educational Series
Childhood autoinflammatory disease (CAID), also known as periodic fever syndrome, is a group of rare hereditary recurrent unprovoked inflammation disorders. Current research has found that adult-onset of these diseases is also possible, which adds another layer to the pathogenesis, identification, and treatment. The CAAIDology Educational Series is designed to update and educate clinicians about the most salient autoinflammatory disease issues to improve this population’s outcomes.
