The "Disease Management Project Clinical Decisions Cases" series includes didactic information as well as interactive case-based lessons to aid in patient management. Accompanying each activity is an article which is helpful in answering the related questions.

These CME educational activities are intended for primary care physicians including family practitioners and internists
