Pathology & Laboratory Medicine Grand Rounds 2021 CME-certified webcast series features presentations from the Pathology & Laboratory Medicine Institute Grand Rounds. Faculty provide evidence-based guidance on the diagnosis and management of challenging cases in prostate disease, renal neoplasms, GI, hepatobiliary/ pancreatic, endometrial and uterine masses, pancreatic and lung cytology, bone and soft tissue lesions and pulmonary pathology. 

Learning Objectives

  1. Recognize pathologic findings in disease states.
  2. Use diagnostic tests appropriately.
  3. Interpret results of diagnostic tests.
  4. Demonstrate current knowledge in support of clinical practice.

Target Audience

The online series is designed for pathologists and allied health practitioners and students interested in pathology and laboratory medicine.

Accreditation

The Cleveland Clinic Foundation Center for Continuing Education is accredited by the Accreditation Council for Continuing Medical Education (ACCME) to provide continuing medical education for physicians.

The Cleveland Clinic Foundation Center for Continuing Education designates this enduring material for a maximum of 1.0 AMA PRA Category 1 Credits™. Physicians should claim only the credit commensurate with the extent of their participation in the activity.

Participants claiming CME credit from this activity may submit the credit hours to the American Osteopathic Association for Category 2 credit.

Maintenance of Certification
Successful completion of this CME activity enables the participant to earn up to 1.0 Lifelong Learning (Part II) MOC credits in the American Board of Pathology’s Maintenance of Certification Program. Participants will earn MOC points equivalent to the amount of CME credits claimed for the activity. It is the CME activity provider's responsibility to submit learner completion information to ACCME for the purpose of granting MOC credit.
