This is a live virtual on-line program only.

The website address will be provided upon registration for the live online activity. To obtain continuing education credits, registrants must participate in the live online activity on June 25, 2022. Video presentations and slide materials will be available for 90 days post-online activity for reference.

Registration and Cancellation

Preregistration is accepted online until 3:00 pm (PST) Thursday, JUNE 23, 2022. A full refund will be made if email notification is received by JUNE 23, 2022. NO REFUNDS WILL BE GIVEN AFTER JUNE 23. For questions about registration, please call 216.448.8710 or email [email protected].

Cleveland Clinic Center for Continuing Education reserves the right to cancel, postpone or modify an activity type at our sole discretion. In the event that this occurs, any registration fee(s) paid will be refunded. Be advised that Cleveland Clinic is not responsible for related costs including airline tickets, hotel costs, or any similar fee penalties incurred as a result of any Activity cancellations or changes.
