In-person registration fee includes: continental breakfast, refreshment breaks, and faculty presentations available in PDF format. Participants will receive access to the presentation recordings, post-course, non-CME.

*Letter from program director is required to receive the discounted fee. If letter is not received two weeks prior to the activity, the full physician fee will be charged.

Group Discount Available
Groups of 3 or more from the same office/institution will receive a 10% discount off the full registration fee. Registrants must call 216.448.8710 to receive a promotional code for special pricing.
Registration and Cancellation
Pre-registrations are encouraged for this event. For on-site registrations, contactless registration on your own device will be required. Please contact CME Registration at [email protected] or call 216.444.9990 with any questions.
In case of cancellation, email notification is required to process your refund.
A full refund will be issued for in-person registrations if cancelled by August 20, 2026. After August 20, 2025, a $50 cancellation fee will be deducted from your refund.
Instructions to access the live stream will be sent by Friday, August 27. No refunds will be issued after August 27, 2026.
Health & Safety Information
All applicable Centers for Disease Control (CDC), state, and local safety protocols will be enforced for this event. As participants are responsible for their own health choices, the use of masks by all participants at this event is optional.

In the event that this occurs, any registration fee(s) paid will be refunded. Be advised that Cleveland Clinic is not responsible for related costs including airline tickets, hotel costs, or any similar fee penalties incurred as a result of any Activity cancellations or changes.
