Vendor responsible for securing venue
Cost of food and beverage are the responsibility of vendor
Cost of AV (if required) is the responsibility of vendor

Promotional flyer to be distributed to all attendees at registration (8.5” x 11”)

Proof must be approved by program coordinator by May 1st
Final flyer must be mailed to program coordinator and received no later than June 5th

Four exhibitor badges (provides admission to education program)
Additional badges available for $100/each
Complimentary continental breakfast, lunch and refreshments (available with exhibitor badge)
