Breakfast session: 6:15 - 7:15 am*
Lunch Session:  1:15 - 2:15 pm*

These satellite opportunities are for your company to independently organize promotional events at Disney’s Grand Floridian on Saturday, February 24, 2024. 
Events are held independently from CME- accredited activities and are not affiliated with Cleveland Clinic. The breakfast and lunch events will be held in a different room than the educational activity

A meeting room will be provided for your event.  Food, beverage, audio-visual and any other related expenses are the separate responsibility of the sponsoring organization and will pay the hotel directly.  
Company must partner with Disney’s Grand Floridian to provide these services and abide by their contractual agreements.
