Exhibitor Packages Available

  • Recognition as a Diamond Level Exhibitor (acknowledgement on slides and/or signage)
  • 1 Day of exhibit space during the course
    • Table Setup Includes: 2 Tables, chairs
    • Exhibit Location: Premium
    • Additional exhibitor fees (standard electric, power strip) may be incurred
  • 4 exhibitor badges (provides admission to the education program as a silent observer* and complimentary breakfast and refreshments)
    * To claim CE credit, you must register as a participant for an additional fee.
  • Roster of Consenting Attendees (Name, City, State) and statistics
  • Industry Supported Program/Event (Non-Accredited) In-Person
    Opportunity to sponsor a 45 minutes in-person industry supported program/event during the lunch time on September 11, 2025.
    • The program/event is not permitted to take place during the accredited education.
    • The Industry Supporter Organization is responsible for:
      • Organizing the program/event
      • All costs associated with the industry supported program/event, including, but not limited to, speaker fees and audiovisual.
      • The industry supporter will provide a poster/signage at the registration desk promoting the industry supported program (dimensions: 22"w x 28"h) and an invitation flyer. All signage & handouts must be pre- approved by the Cleveland Clinic Program Manager by 8/21/2025
        • Optional live stream of program. A link will be provided to live stream participants, separate from educational content. All expenses associated with the live stream are the responsibility of the Industry Supporter Organization (eg, AV, invitation)
  • Cleveland Clinic will:
    • Select and provide buffet meal.
    • Provide a link to program/event on the course website and distribute program flyer to attendees.
  • The following disclaimer must be included on the front of each invitation, mailer or signage: “This program/event is developed and offered by <name of supporting organization>.
    This is not an official program/event of the Cleveland Clinic.”
  • Cleveland Clinic does not guarantee attendance.

  • 2 exhibitor badges (provides admission to the education program as a silent observer* and complimentary breakfast and refreshments)

  • Roster of Consenting Attendees (Name, City, State) and statistics
  • Supporter Signage (max width: 24", max height: 36") or pull-up banner display (max width: 33", max height: 80") with logo/advertisement** in exhibit area
    • **To be provided by supporter at own cost and must be pre-approved by the Cleveland Clinic Project Manager prior to printing and shipping no later than 9/1/2025

Promotional Insert $ 500

Have your company’s promotional insert distributed to attendees during registration.

  • Insert must be provided and shipped at supporters own cost and must be pre-approved by the Cleveland Clinic Project Manager prior to printing and shipping no later than 9/1/2025
  • Max size 8.5"x11", please limit insert to one page.
