Exhibitor Packages Available

Deadline for Order Commitment: August 18, 2026

Package Includes:

  • Recognition as the exclusive Platinum Level Exhibitor (acknowledgement on slides and/or signage)
  • 1.5 Days = of exhibit space during the course
  • Table Setup: 1 Table, Chairs
  • Exhibit Location:  Premium
  • Additional exhibitor fees (standard electric, power strip, easel) are exhibitor's responsibility
  • exhibitor badges (provides admission to the education program as a silent observer*)
    Additional Exhibitor Badges are available to purchase - $125 each
    * To claim CE credit, you must register as a participant for an additional fee.
  • Roster of Consenting Attendees (Name, City, State) and statistics
  • Industry Supported Program/Event (Non-Accredited)
    Opportunity to sponsor a 40 minutes in-person industry supported program/event during the lunch time of program on Friday, September 18
    • The program/event is not permitted to take place during the accredited education.
    • The Industry Supporter Organization is responsible for:
      • The industry supporter will provide a poster/signage at the registration desk promoting the industry supported program (dimensions: 22"w x 28"h) and an invitation flyer.  All signage & handouts must be pre- approved by the Cleveland Clinic Program Manager by September 1, 2026
    • Cleveland Clinic will:
      • Select and provide buffet meal.
      • basic audiovisual equipment for a PowerPoint presentation and podium/microphone. 
      • Selecting the topic and faculty for the Friday, September 18 lunch presentation
      • Living Legends Lunch Keynote Conversation: From Life-saving to Lifelong Care  
        Moderator: Lars G. Svensson, MD, PhD
        Keynote: Gosta Pettersson, MD, PhD
      • Provide a link to program/event on the course website and make program flyer available to attendees
    • Cleveland Clinic does not guarantee attendance.
    • For non-CME programs/events, the following disclaimer must be included on the front of each invitation, mailer or signage:  This program/event is developed and offered by <name of supporting organization>. This is not an official program/event of Cleveland Clinic.

    • The program/event is not permitted to take place during the accredited education.

      • providing one representative to participate in the Device Pipeline Presentation and Panel Discussion.
    • Cleveland Clinic is responsible for:
      • menu selection and meal expenses.
      • basic audiovisual equipment for a PowerPoint presentation and podium/microphone.
      • providing a link to program/event on the course website and distributing a program/event invitation to attendees during the Conference.
      • selecting the topic - Device Pipeline Presentation and Panel Discussion
      • providing a link to program/event on the course website and make program flyer available to attendees
    • Cleveland Clinic does not guarantee attendance.
