Exhibitor Packages Available

  • Recognition as a Platinum Level Exhibitor (acknowledgement on slides and/or signage)
  • 1 Day of exhibit space during the course
  • Table Setup: 1 Table, Chairs
  • Exhibit Location:  Premium
  • Additional exhibitor fees (standard electric, power strip) may be incurred.  Product to be shipped directly to Project Manager at exhibitor's own cost. Contact Project Manager for details.
  • 4 exhibitor badges (provides admission to the education program as a silent observer*and complimentary breakfast, lunch, and refreshments)
    * To claim CE credit, you must register as a participant for an additional fee.
  • Roster of Consenting Attendees (Name, City, State) and statistics
  • Promotional Flyer
    Have your company’s promotional Flyer available to attendees.
    • Flyer must be provided and shipped at supporter’s own cost and must be pre-approved by the Cleveland Clinic Project Manager prior to printing and shipping no later than June 1, 2026
    • Max size 8.5"x11"
  • Industry Supported Program/Event (Non-Accredited)
    Opportunity to sponsor a 45 minute in-person industry supported program/event during the lunch time of program on June 19, 2026
    • The program/event is not permitted to take place during the accredited education.
    • The Industry Supporter Organization is responsible for:
      • Organizing the program/event
      • All costs associated with the industry supported program/event, including, but not limited to, speaker fees and audiovisual.
      • The industry supporter will provide a poster/signage at the registration desk promoting the industry supported program (dimensions: 22"w x 28"h) and an invitation flyer.  All signage & handouts must be pre- approved by the Cleveland Clinic Program Manager by June 1, 2026
    • Cleveland Clinic will:
      • Select and provide buffet meal.
      • Provide a link to program/event on the course website and make program flyer available to attendees
    • The following disclaimer must be included on the front of each invitation, mailer or signage: “This program/event is developed and offered by <name of supporting organization>. This is not an official program/event of the Cleveland Clinic.”

 

Deadline for Order Commitment: 6/19/2026

  • Recognition as a Gold Level Exhibitor (acknowledgement on slides and/or signage)
  • 1 Day of exhibit space during the course
  • Table Setup:   1 Table, Chairs
  • Exhibit Location:  Premium
  • Additional exhibitor fees (standard electric, power strip, easel) are the exhibitor's responsibility
  • 3 exhibitor badges (provides admission to the education program as a silent observer* and complimentary breakfast, lunch, and refreshments)
    * To claim CE credit, you must register as a participant for an additional fee.
  • Additional Exhibit badges are available for purchase - $650 each
  • Roster of Consenting Attendees (Name, City, State) and statistics

  • 2 exhibitor badges (provides admission to the education program as a silent observer* and complimentary breakfast, lunch, and refreshments)

  • Additional Exhibit badges are available for purchase - $650 each

Attendee Bag with Promotional Flyer           $ 2,000

Deadline for Order Commitment and Payment: June 8, 2026

Recognition of your company and your corporate logo or Cleveland Clinic’s logo (your choice) on conference bags available to attendees. 

  • Cleveland Clinic will select item.  Fee includes cost of product and payment is due prior to event.
  • Industry supporter is permitted one promotional flyer to be included in bag.
  • Flyer must be provided and shipped at supporters own cost and must be pre-approved by the Cleveland Clinic Project Manager prior to printing and shipping no later than June 8, 2026.
  • Max size 8.5"x11"

Lanyard              $ 3,000

Deadline for Order Commitment and Payment: June 8, 2026

Recognition of your company and your corporate logo or Cleveland Clinic’s logo (your choice) on the lanyard available to attendees.

  • Cleveland Clinic will select item.  Fee includes cost of product and payment is due prior to event.)

WiFi Sponsor              $ 1,000

Deadline for Order Commitment and Payment: June 8, 2026
