Attendee Bag                                 $ 3,000

Recognition of your company logo or Cleveland Clinic’s logo (your choice) will be seen daily on conference attendee bags used by attendees.
Opportunity to support the exclusive conference attendee’s bag is available to exhibitors on a first-come, first‐served basis. This fee includes cost of the product.

• Industry supporter is permitted one promotional insert which must be pre‐approved by the Program Manager
• (Insert to be provided by supporter at own cost and shipped directly to organizer for stuffing bag prior to course)
• The bags will be distributed during the on‐site registration along with conference materials
• Payment is due prior to the conference

Non-CME Morning event           $ 15,000

• Opportunity to sponsor a 45 minutes in-person industry supported program/event during the breakfast on Friday,  Friday, February 13 between 7:00-8:00AM
• The program/event is not permitted to take place during the accredited education.
• The Industry Supporter Organization is responsible for:
• Organizing the program/event
• All costs associated with the industry supported program/event, including, but not limited to, speaker fees and audiovisual.
• The industry supporter will provide a poster/signage at the registration desk promoting the industry supported program (dimensions: 22"w x 28"h) and an invitation flyer. All signage & handouts must be pre- approved by the Cleveland Clinic Program Manager by 1/16/2026
• Cleveland Clinic will:
• Select and provide buffet meal.
• Distribute program flyer to registrants.
• The following disclaimer must be included on the front of each invitation, mailer or signage: “This program/event is developed and offered by <name of supporting organization>. This is not an official program/event of the Cleveland Clinic.”
• Cleveland Clinic does not guarantee attendance.

• Opportunity to sponsor a 45 minutes in-person industry supported program/event during the lunch on Friday,  Friday, February 13 between 1:00-1:45 pm
• The program/event is not permitted to take place during the accredited education.
• The Industry Supporter Organization is responsible for:
• Organizing the program/event
• All costs associated with the industry supported program/event, including, but not limited to, speaker fees and audiovisual.
• The industry supporter will provide a poster/signage at the registration desk promoting the industry supported program (dimensions: 22"w x 28"h) and an invitation flyer. All signage & handouts must be pre- approved by the Cleveland Clinic Program Manager by 1/16/2026
• Cleveland Clinic will:
• Select and provide buffet meal.
• Distribute program flyer to registrants.

• The program/event is not permitted to take place during the accredited education.

• Organizing the program/event
• All costs associated with the industry supported program/event, including, but not limited to, speaker fees and audiovisual.
• The industry supporter will provide a poster/signage at the registration desk promoting the industry supported program (dimensions: 22"w x 28"h) and an invitation flyer. All signage & handouts must be pre- approved by the Cleveland Clinic Program Manager by 1/16/2026
