Recognition as a Diamond Level Exhibitor (acknowledgement on slides and/or signage)

• Exhibit Location:  Premium - Vendor can select exhibit table on a first come, first served basis

Industry Supported Program/Event (Non-Accredited) In-Person

• Opportunity to sponsor a 30 minute in-person industry supported program/event during the breakfast on Saturday March 7, 2026
• The program/event is not permitted to take place during the accredited education.
• The Industry Supporter Organization is responsible for:
• Organizing the program/event
• All costs associated with the industry supported program/event, including, but not limited to, speaker fees and audiovisual.
• The industry supporter will provide a poster/signage at the registration desk promoting the industry supported program (dimensions: 22"w x 28"h) and an invitation flyer.  All signage & handouts must be pre- approved by the Cleveland Clinic Program Manager by 2/6/2026
• Cleveland Clinic will:
• Select and provide buffet meal.
• Provide a link to program/event on the conference website and make program flyer available to attendees.
• The following disclaimer must be included on the front of each invitation, mailer or signage:
  “This program/event is developed and offered by <name of supporting organization>. This is not an official program/event of the Cleveland Clinic.”
• Cleveland Clinic does not guarantee attendance.

Promotional Flyer: Have your company’s promotional flyer made available to attendees on-site.

• Flyer must be provided and shipped at supporters own cost and must be pre-approved by the Cleveland Clinic Project Manager prior to printing and shipping no later than 2/13/2026
• Max size 8.5"x11", please limit insert to one page.

SELECT ATTENDEE BAG OR LANYARD WITH BADGE HOLDER – ON A FIRST COME, FIRST SERVED BASIS
