This course is offered in person only in Cleveland, OH.
In-person course tuition – includes breakfast, lunch, refreshment breaks, reception, and course materials in PDF, available after the course.

*Letter from program director is required to receive the discounted fee. If letter is not received two weeks prior to the activity, the full physician fee will be charged.

Registration and Cancellation
Preregistrations for the in-person event are accepted until Thursday, July 16, 2026. On Friday, July 17, on-site registration will be available. Registration on your own device will be required.
In case of cancellation, email notification is required to process your refund.
A full refund will be issued for in-person registrations if cancelled by June 30, 2026. After June 30, a $50 cancellation fee will be deducted from your refund. No refunds will be issued after July 9, 2026. Please email [email protected] to cancel your registration.
Health & Safety Information
All applicable Centers for Disease Control (CDC), state, and local safety protocols will be enforced for this event. As participants are responsible for their own health choices, the use of masks by all participants at this event is optional.

In the event that this occurs, any registration fee(s) paid will be refunded. Be advised that Cleveland Clinic is not responsible for related costs including airline tickets, hotel costs, or any similar fee penalties incurred as a result of any Activity cancellations or changes.
