Exhibitor Packages Available
Platinum Level with Non-CME Satellite/Product Theater
- Non-CME Satellite/Product Theater
- Thursday, October 16 lunch time slot.
- The program/event is not permitted to take place during the CME education.
- The industry supporter organization:
- is responsible for organizing the program/event
- is responsible for all costs associated with the industry supported program/event, including, but not limited to, speaker fees and audiovisual.
- provide a poster/signage at the registration desk (dimensions: 22"w x 28"h)
- provide a program/event invitation flyer
- For non-CME program/event the following disclaimer must be included on the front of each invitation, mailer or signage:
- This program/event is developed and offered by <name of supporting organization>. This is not an official program/event of the Cleveland Clinic.
- All signage and handouts must be pre-approved by the Cleveland Clinic Program Manager. Materials must be submitted for approval by September 30, 2025.
- The Cleveland Clinic:
- Will select and provide lunch buffet
- Will share the provided program/event flyer with registrants
- Does not guarantee attendance.
- Recognition as Platinum Exhibitor (acknowledgement on slides and/or program booklet)
- 2 days of exhibit space, Premium location will be assigned
- 1 six-foot table, 2 chairs
- 2 Exhibitor Badges - provides admission to education program as a silent observer* and complimentary breakfast, lunch, and refreshments
* To claim CME credit, you must register as a participant for an additional fee - Roster of consenting attendees (name, city, state) and statistics
- Additional fees charged by the hotel are the responsibility of the exhibitor (hotel freight and handling for packages, electric power strip, hookups, extension cords, easel)

This opportunity, available to all exhibiting companies, provides your insert in the conference Attendee Bag which will be provided to all registrants upon registration.
- Insert to be provided by supporter at own cost and shipped directly to organizer for stuffing bag prior to event.
- Anticipated insert quantity to be provided is 150+ (depending on advance registrations).
- Opportunity for additional inserts is non-exclusive and available to all exhibitors.
- All inserts must be pre-approved by Cleveland Clinic Program Manager.

Recognition of your company logo or Cleveland Clinic's logo (your choice) will be seen daily on conference bags used by attendees. The bags will be distributed during course registration along with conference materials.
